Aron is growing up way too fast... At least he thinks he is grown up.
Everyday when Bridger is ready to go wait for the bus for school, he gets on his own little backpack and waits with the Kinders.
Then he tries to sneak on the bus hoping I won't notice.
Aron gets upset that he can't go to school (as a 1 year old) too, but usually gets over it quickly... because he knows he will just try again tomorrow.

Tulip Festival
My mom came into town and we headed to the Tulips!
The flowers were beautiful and we had beautiful weather. I think my mom is the good luck charm in bringing sunny warm weather in the spring.
Thirty!
So, I may have mentioned this before, but I turned 30! :) I definitely took full advantage of playing the birthday card for the past few weeks to do some pretty fun things in celebration of my thirtieth. Well, my actual Birthday weekend had arrived and we headed to Mt. Hood to play in the snow for the first time of this season.
Bridger and Kacy especially love the snow - sledding, making snowmen, tasting snow, snowshoeing. Aron was pushing nap time so had some cranky moments, but enjoyed making about a hundred snowballs and sledding.
Jim carrying all the gear while toting kids in the sled. He is awesome!
After the snow we headed to Calamity Jane's for food.
After a long day of fun we were headed home, but instead of heading directly to showers and bed, we found a house full of friends ready to party! Jim had planned and arranged for a surprise party for my 30th birthday! It was so fun and made me feel super special.
On my actual "big day" I was served breakfast in bed, and we went to church and taught Sunday School. We had a great family day and the kids loved having the celebration go on and on. I have loved all of my 30th celebrations and love my family for being so willing to party and have fun!
