Color Run

 In September we did the Color Run in Portland as a family! Here is our "BEFORE" shot:

 The kids were all good sports as we woke up bright and early, dressed in our white shirts and got ready to run! A little pre-race dancing...

 There were a lot of runners! Every 10 minutes they would release a wave of people that looked like this...

 As you can see... most of it was more of a walk than a run...

 At every kilometer, we reached a new COLOR!

 Bridger dove right in, Kacy was a little nervous at first, Aron slept between kilometer 2 through 4, but in the end we had a colorific time!

 We have so much fun with our kids!

 Jim really got nailed in the orange section.

 At the end, they do a color countdown where they let people release their own packets of color in the air. This is really where you get colorful, being a part of that "color cloud" in the background.

 B was pretty tired of pictures by the end, but I include this one because it has us all in our "AFTER" shot.

 And of course...everyone was pretty tired at the end and enjoyed some colorful naps in the afternoon. Mission accomplished!
